THE THERMIDISTAT comes in a programmable or non-programmable setting. It controls temperature and humidity and the accurate control of both will drastically enhance comfort.  Programmable thermidistats can save you up to 20% on annual heating & cooling costs.  It can remove up to 30 times more moisture than standard systems when matched with a variable speed air handler.  It has an indicator that let’s you know when to change your filter.  Proper humidity control minimizes the presence of dust mites, mold, mildew, bacteria and viruses. 1-button activation maintains energy saving temperature with proper humidity to avoid growth of mold and mildew while you are away.

 

THE HUMIDISTAT lets you monitor and control humidity levels in your home.  You can control it anywhere between  20% to 80%. Ideal humidity is between 40% and 60%.  When you keep humidity below 40% you have a greater chance of static electricity, drying out your nasal passages, sore throats, not to mention damage to your belongings i.e. cracked wood on your furniture.  If it gets too high then it can breed mold, mildew and dust mites which can cause health issues and allergic reactions. Mold and mildew can grow on your surfaces and cause damage.

 

THE FLOAT SWITCH is installed on the Air Handler. If the condensate drain line backs up, the float  switch will shut down the air conditioning system to prevent leaking and flooding. This will prevent damage to your home. For a reasonable price you can have added peace of mind.
